 ข้อควรทราบเพิ่มเติมในการส่งออกสินค้า

 (1)   ถ้าสินค้าที่ส่งออกเป็นสินค้าที่ผู้ส่งออกประสงค์จะนำกลับเข้ามาในประเทศไทยอีกภายในหนึ่งปีโดยขอยกเว้นอากรขาเข้า ให้เพิ่มคู่ฉบับใบขน
สินค้าขาออกอีกหนึ่งฉบับเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานที่เรียกว่า “ใบสุทธินำกลับ” เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการนำสินค้ากลับเข้ามา

(2)   การส่งน้ำมันหรือผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันที่ผลิตในราชอาณาจักรไปจำหน่ายยังต่างประเทศและผู้ส่งออกต้องการขอคืนภาษีน้ำมันของกรมสรรพ
สามิต ให้เพิ่มคู่ฉบับใบขนสินค้าขาออกอีกหนึ่งฉบับและเขียนหรือประทับตรายางมีข้อความว่า “ขอคืนภาษีน้ำมันหรือผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมัน” ไว้
ตอนบนใบขนสินค้าขาออกและคู่ฉบับ

(3)   สำหรับท่ากรุงเทพ การส่งสินค้า Re-Export ไปยังประเทศ สปป.ลาวและประสงค์จะขอคืนอากรขาเข้า ให้เพิ่มคู่ฉบับใบขนสินค้าขาออก
อีกหนึ่งฉบับแนบติดกับต้นฉบับใบขนสินค้าขาออกด้วย

(4)   การส่งออกที่ผู้ส่งออกประสงค์จะได้เอกสารส่งออกจากกรมศุลกากรเพื่อขอรับเงินชดเชยอากร จะต้องยื่นคู่ฉบับใบขนสินค้าขาออกอีกหนึ่ง
ฉบับ ซึ่งมีลักษณะพิเศษคือมีสีน้ำเงินที่มุมทั้ง 4 มุม

(5)   สินค้าส่งออกที่ขอคืนอากรตามมาตรา 19 ทวิ จะต้องยื่นใบแนบใบขนสินค้าขาออก เพื่อขอคืนอากรตามมาตรา 19 ทวิ
