Abstract— In this research we developed a web application to recognize the moods of users quickly and online based on the insertion data collected from stock market in Thailand. The main idea was to predict the future trend behavior of investors based and the classifications of emotions via history data previously collected form stock market web board. Using the developed web application can significantly help the investors and interested users in the process of decision marking to buy or sell stock shares online in real market situations in Thailand. การพัฒนา web application นี้ พัฒนาโดยภาษา PHP และ ใช้ฐานข้อมูล MySQL โดยนำข้อมูลตัวอย่างมาจากเว็บบอร์ดแห่งหนึ่ง ดึงข้อมูลมาตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงเป็นเวลา 5 วัน และ Web Application นี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ หน้าของผู้ใช้ และ หน้าของระบบ. จากการสรุปผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงความรู้สึกของนักลงทุนว่าส่วนใหญ่ที่แสดงความคิดเห็นจะแสดงไปในแนวโน้มให้กำลังใจนักลงทุนท่านอื่นเสียเป็นส่วนใหญ่ และมีอีกส่วนหนึ่งที่หวาดกลัวต่อสถานะการณ์เศรษฐกิจประเทศไทย และราคาที่ต่ำลง ทำให้ Web application นี้สามารถช่วยนักลงทุนที่กำลังหวาดกลัว ประกอบการตัดสินใจได้อย่างแน่วแน่ขึ้น.
