1.3 ผู้รับจ้างรับทราบว่าสิทธิในเครื่องหมายการค้าต่างๆ ที่จะใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทำการผลิต และ บรรจุตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ เป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้ว่าจ้างโดยเด็ดขาด ซึ่งผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิอันชอบด้วย กฎหมายในการที่จะใช้เครื่องหมายการค้าดังกล่าว

ข้อ 2. การจัดหาวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์
2.1 ผู้ว่าจ้างจะจัดหาให้ผู้รับจ้างซึ่งวัตถุดิบและบรรจภุณัฑ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผลิตและการบรรจุหีบห่อผลิตภณัฑ์ และเป็นผู้มีกรรมสิทธิ์เป็นเจ้าของในปัจจัยการผลิตและบรรจผุลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆดังกล่าวแล้วทั้งหมด

2.3 วัตถุดิบทั้งหมดที่มิได้จัดหามาโดยผู้ว่าจ้างตามความในข้อ 2.1 และ 2.2 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้อง จัดหา มาโดยค่าใช้จ่ายในการนี้จะผนวกเข้าไว้ในค่าธรรมเนียมการผลิต (Conversion Charge) โดยผู้ว่า จ้างจะต้องเป็นผู้เห็นชอบและอนุมัติเกี่ยวกับการจัดหาผู้จัดจำหน่ายวัตถุดิบต่าง ๆ ดังกล่าวแล้วทั้งหมด รวมทั้งวัสดุที่ซื้อตามความในข้อ 2.2 ด้วย
2.4 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินมาตรการที่จำเป็นทุกอย่างเพื่อป้องกันมิให้วัตถุดิบทั้งหลายของผู้ ว่าจ้างตกไปอยู่ในมือของบุคคลอื่นหรือบุคคลใดที่มิได้รับมอบหมาย

ข้อ 3. การควบคุมคุณภาพ
3.1 ผู้รับจ้างจะทำการผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ตามกรรมวิธีการผลิตที่ดี (Good Manufacturing Process) และจะปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการควบคุมคุณภาพทั้งหมดในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตและการบรรจุ ผลิตภัณฑ์ (ถ้ามี) ตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเทคโนโลยีการผลิต และ/หรือตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจะกำหนดเป็นลายลักษณ์ อักษรเป็นครั้งคราว

3.4 ภายในเวลาทำการปกติผู้ว่าจ้างจะมีสิทธิตรวจสอบพื้นที่ใดๆ ในบริเวณโรงงาน และ/หรือ โกดังเก็บของของผู้รับจ้าง ซึ่งใช้เป็นที่เก็บรักษาวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ งานที่อยู่ในขั้นตอนดำเนินการ ตลอดจนผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตเป็นที่เรียบร้อย รวมทั้งพื้นที่อื่นๆ ในโรงงานซึ่งใช้ในการผลิต ทั้งใ
