Concept design: ใช้เหล็กเป็นวัสดุหลักในการก่อสร้างและประกอบเป็นวัสดุตกแต่ง โดยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ Zincalume® และ Clean Colorbond® เพื่อสะท้อนถึงธุรกิจหลักของเจ้าของโครงการ ผสมผสานกับวัสดุกระจก และสถาปัตยกรรมในรูปแบบสมัยใหม่ เพื่อสื่อถึงความลงตัวระหว่างวัสดุและรูปแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมร่วมสมัย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดวาง Zoning ตามรูปแบบการใช้งาน และยังให้ความสำคัญในการคำนึงถึงการประหยัดพลังงาน โดยวางอาคารตามแนว Orientation เพื่อลดผนังที่รับแสงแดดให้น้อยที่สุด โดยคำนึงถึง Tropical Architecture ใช้ชายคายื่นยาว เพื่อเป็นแนวบังแดด กระจกที่ใช้ในห้องประชุมสัมนา เลือกใช้ Double Glazed Laminated Glass เพื่อลดการถ่ายเทความร้อนเข้าสู่อาคาร และใช้บ่อน้ำเพื่อลดอุณภูมิโดยรอบของอาคารภายนอก
