โครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่เกษตรน้ำฝนอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริบ้านแดนสามัคคี

ความเป็นมา

นางหนูเหลา ศรีปะไหม และนางสาววะเรืองศรี อัยวรรณ ได้น้อมเกล้าฯ ถวายที่ดิน บริเวณบ้านแดนสามัคคี อำเภอเขาวง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ รายละ 5 ไร่ และมีราษฎรอีก 3 ราย คือ นายทองเหลา ศรีสงเปลือย นายพันทะราช แสนมาชัย และนางสมสวรรค์ ริปเหลือง ถวายที่ดินเพิ่มอีกรายละ 1 ไร่ 1 งาน รวมทั้งหมด 13 ไร่ 3 งาน



พระราชดำริ

เมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2535 พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว และสมเด็จ พระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ได้เสด็จพระราชดำเนินทอดพระเนตรการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ศิลปาชีพ บ้านกุดสิม ตำบลคุ้มเก่า อำเภอเขาวง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ได้พระราชทานพระราชดำริให้พิจารณาจัดหาน้ำ เพื่อสนับสนุนการเพาะปลูกของราษฎร โดยการดำเนินงานขุดสระเก็บกักน้ำ ตามทฤษฎีใหม่ในบริเวณพื้นที่ ที่ราษฎรน้อมเกล้าฯ ถวาย จำนวน 13 ไร่ 3 งาน ที่อำเภอเขาวง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และให้ขยายผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการไปสู่ราษฎรในบริเวณใกล้เคียงด้วย

ผลการดำเนินงาน


1. ผลการดำเนินงานแต่ละกิจกรรม

- กิจกรรม 2 สระน้ำและขอบสระ (ระบบพืช-ปลา) พื้นที่ 3 ไร่ สระน้ำ ปล่อยปลาชนิดต่างๆ ได้แก่ ปลายี่สกเทศ ปลานิล ปลาไน บริเวณขอบสระปลูกพืชผักและไม้ผล ได้แก่ มะนาว มะพร้าวน้ำหอม ฝรั่ง ชะอม มะรุม มะลิ ฯลฯ

- กิจกรรม 3 ไม้ผลผสมผสาน พื้นที่ 6 ไร่ ปลูกไม้ผลชนิดต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ขนุน มะม่วง ส้มโอ ฝรั่ง มะขามเปรี้ยว น้อยหน่า ละมุด มะกอกน้ำ กล้วยน้ำว้า ปลูกพืชผักและพืชผักสวนครัว แซมในแปลงไม้ผล ได้แก่ บวบ มะกรูด ข่า ตะไคร้ หวาย พริก กะเพรา โหระพา แมงลัก ฯลฯ เลี้ยงสัตว์ปีก ได้แก่ ไก่ ห่าน เป็ดเทศ และไก่งวง

- กิจกรรมที่ 4 ที่อยู่อาศัย พื้นที่ 1 ไร่ 3 งาน บริเวณใกล้ที่อยู่อาศัยสาธิตการเลี้ยงสุกรในคอกหลุม ปลูกพืชผักพื้นบ้านสมุนไพรในท้องถิ่น ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ และไม้ผลยืนต้นได้แก่ ขนุน มะขามป้อม ลำไย ฯลฯ

2. การขยายผล

- สาธิตการดำเนินงานของโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่เกษตรน้ำฝนแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ เกษตรกร นักเรียน นักศึกษาและผู้สนใจทั่วไปเข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการ จำนวนผู้เข้าศึกษาดูงานระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2552 – 30 กันยายน 2553 รวม 15 ราย

- จัดพิมพ์เอกสารแผ่นพับ แจกแก่ผู้เยี่ยมชมในโครงการฯ ได้แก่ เอกสารแนะนำโครงการฯ เอกสารแนะนำการปลูกข้าว เอกสารแนะนำการป้องกันกำจัดโรคและแมลงศัตรูข้าว เอกสารแนะนำการปลูกมะม่วง เอกสารแนะนำการปลูกถั่วลิสง เป็นต้น



การดำเนินงานในระยะต่อไป
