ตรวจสอบแบบแปลนที่แสดงการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงงานตามความเป็นจริง (as-built drawing) และรายงานประกอบแบบแปลน โดยในแบบแปลนนั้นต้องมีคำรับรองของวิศวกร หรือบุคคลอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
