โครงการการถ่ายทอดความรู้การจัดทำบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่ายเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ยั่งยืนของชุมชนบ้านหนองม่วง ตำบลทะเมนชัย อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มผู้จัดทำโครงการต้องการที่จะศึกษาเกี่ยวกับรายรับ-รายจ่ายของประชาชนในชุมชนบ้านหนองม่วง ตำบลทะเมนชัย อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เพื่อให้พัฒนาเพิ่มขึ้น ครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจโดยมีประชากรเป็นกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างประชากรในชุมชนบ้านหนองม่วง จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินโครงการครั้งนี้เป็นแบบเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเสนอด้วยตารางแจกแจงความถี่และร้อยละ (Percentage) ใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) นำเสนอในรูปแบบของตารางและความเสี่ยง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าประชากรในชุมชนบ้านหนองม่วง ตำบลทะเมนชัย อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นมาก ได้แก่ ด้านความพอประมาณ ด้านเงื่อนไขความรู้ ด้านเงื่อนไขคุณธรรม ด้านความมีเหตุผล และด้านการมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวเอง และผลการศึกษาการนำโครงการวิชาชีพหรือสิ่งประดิษฐ์นำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้จริงในชุมชนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ คุณภาพที่ใช้งานได้จริง ประหยัดและคุ้มค่า การตอบข้อซักถาม/การนำเสนอผลงาน ความเป็นไปได้ในการต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์
