เนื่องจากเกิดปัญหาไฟตก – ไฟดับ บ่อย ทางฝ่ายจัดการฯจึงแจ้งให้ทางบริษัทอินเตอร์ เรียลตี้ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด ส่งวิศวกรของบริษัทเข้ามาตรวจเช็คและแก้ไขตู้MDB ซึ่งการเข้าตรวจสอบและแก้ไขมีความจำเป็นต้องปิดระบบไฟฟ้าทั้งหมดอาคาร
ทางฝ่ายจัดการฯ จึงขอแจ้งปิดระบบไฟฟ้า ในวันพุธที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2557 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00น. เป็นต้นไป ( ระยะการปิดระบบไฟฟ้าประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง) จนกว่าจะดำเนินการเสร็จและจะเร่งแก้ไขให้เสร็จโดยเร็ว
