วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาค้นคว้า เรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับบริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนจังหวัดภูเก็ต 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการสำหรับเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการให้บริการของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ต การศึกษาครั้งนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นกลุ่มประชากรเพศชายและเพศหญิงมีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ที่เคยเข้ารับบริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 369,522 ราย ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่ม โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 400 ชุด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถามปลายปิดและปลายเปิด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลครั้งนี้ ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เชิงสถิติดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้ค่าสถิติตามลักษณะของข้อมูล คือการใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายเพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์และใช้สถิติ T-TEST F-TEST ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐานซึ่งผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า
1. ความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับบริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ตมีความแตกต่างกันตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล
2. ความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับบริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดภูเก็ตมีความแตกต่างกันตามพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการ
