ก่อนเริ่มการทดสอบจริงกับ user ทางทีมได้ดำเนินการปรับแต่งและทดสอบการโทรเข้าและโทรออก โดยใช้ Bria ผลปรากฏว่า สามารถใช้งานได้ปกติ ไม่พบปัญหาใดๆ


แต่เมื่อทดสอบจริง ปรากฏว่า คุณภาพของเสียงไม่ดี ทางทีมจึงได้ดำเนินการทดสอบอีกครั้ง โดยการจำลองสภาพแวดล้อมในการใช้งานให้ใกล้เคียงกับการใช้งานจริงของ user โดยการเปิด Youtube หลายๆ Tab และทดสอบอีกครั้ง ผลปรากฏว่า คุณภาพของเสียงไม่ดีเลย
