1. พัสดุธรรมดา P - กทม.-ปริมณฑล 2-7วันทำการ - ต่างจังหวัด 3-7 วันทำการ (ตามระยะทาง)
2.พัสดุลงทะเบียน R -กทม. -ปริมณฑล 2-3วันทำการ -ต่างจังหวัด 2-5วันทำการ
3.EMS - กทม. และปริมณฑล ระยะเวลา 1-2วันทำการ - ต่างจังหวัด ระยะเวลา 2-3วันทำการ (ตามระยะทาง)

***หมายเหตุ: กรณีที่ระยะเวลาคาบเกี่ยววันเสาร์-อาทิตย์หรือวันหยุดราชการ ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งจะนานกว่าปกตินะคะ เนื่องจากทางไปรษณีย์หยุดทำงานค่ะ ***

-ลงทะเบียนในประเทศ >>ชดเชยให้เป็นเงินตามมูลค่าสินค้าจริง แต่ไม่เกิน 300 บาท
-พัสดุธรรมดาในประเทศ >>ชดเชยให้เป็นเงินตามมูลค่าสินค้าจริง แต่ไม่เกิน 1,000 บาท
-EMS ในประเทศ >>ชดเชยให้เป็นเงินตามมูลค่าสินค้าจริง แต่ไม่เกิน 2,000 บาท

::หมายเหตุ:: การชดใช้จะทำต่อเมื่อส่งเรื่องสอบสวนโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ไปรษณีย์และเรื่องสิ้นสุดลงแล้วเท่านั้น โดยใช้เวลาในการสอบสวนประมาณ30วัน การชดเชยถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ไม่สามารถร้องเรียนใดใดได้อีก ดังนั้นหากเกิดเหตุการณ์ ในกรณีสูญหาย/เสียหายในระหว่างการขนส่ง โดยบริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย ทางร้านก็จะชดใช้ให้ตามที่ไปรษณีย์จ่ายตามจริงนะคะ ทางร้านถือว่าข้อความข้างต้นถือเป็นที่ยุติ และลูกค้าได้รับทราบแล้วค่ะ เช็คสถานะพัสดุ กดที่นี่ค่ะ >>
