ประเพณีเวียนเทียนที่วัดติโลกอาราม มีความแตกต่างจากการเวียนเทียนในวัดอื่นๆ คือ วัดติโลกอารามจะเวียนเทียนโดยการนั่งเรือเวียนเทียนรอบวัดซึ่งตั้งอยู่กลางน้ำ โดยในแต่ละปีจะมีการเวียนเทียน ๓ ครั้ง คือ วันมาฆบูชา วันวิสาขบูชา และวันอาสาฬหบูชา
