วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยคือ เพื่อศึกษาร

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยคือ เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรด่านศุลกากรในจังหวัดเชียงราย และ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของบุคลากรด่านศุลกากรในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยใช้แนวคิดคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของ Richard E. Walton (1974) เป็นกรอบในการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรด่านศุลกากรในจังหวัดเชียงรายจำนวน 110 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) แบ่งเป็น 3 ด่านประกอบด้วย ด่านศุลกากรแม่สาย จำนวนบุคลากรทั้งหมด 79 คน ด่านศุลกากรเชียงของ จำนวนบุคลากรทั้งหมด 24 คน ด่านศุลกากรเชียงแสน มีจำนวนบุคลากรทั้งหมด 42 คน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) และใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล มีการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดความเที่ยงตรง และ ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ครอนบาค ซึ่งในประเด็นคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานจากรระดับความเห็นของบุคลากรด่านศุลกากรในจังหวัดเชียงรายมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.987 โดยมีระยะเวลาเก็บแบบสอบถามระหว่างวันที่ 13-28 พฤษภาคม 2559 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ t-test และ F-test
