ดำเนินการเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายของแนวทางการพัฒนาที่คัดเลือกเป็นกรอบในการพัฒนา

4. การพิจารณากำหนดกิจกรรม ได้แยกประเภทของโครงการออกเป็น 3 ประเภท คือ

(4.1) โครงการที่เทศบาลตำบลหนองหอยดำเนินการเอง (มีขีดความสามารถทั้งทางด้าน

กำลังเงิน กำลังคน วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และความรู้ทางด้านการบริหารจัดการที่จะดำเนินการได้เอง)

(4.2) โครงการที่เทศบาลตำบลหนองหอย อุดหนุนให้หน่วยงานอื่นที่ดำเนินการ

(เป็นการตั้งงบประมาณเป็นเงินอุดหนุน)

(4.3) โครงการที่เทศบาลตำบลหนองหอย ขอรับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานอื่น

ทั้งจากส่วนกลาง ส่วนภูมิภาค องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอื่นๆ (เนื่องจากเป็นโครงการใหญ่ หรือเป็น

โครงการที่หน่วยงาน ดังกล่าวมีหน้าที่จัดบริการสาธารณะอยู่แล้ว)

ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

คณะกรรมการสนับสนุนการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาเทศบาลต าบลหนองหอย ได้ดำเนินการสำรวจ

และจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาสามปี รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนา

แนวทางการพัฒนาที่เลือก และประการสำคัญคือ ข้อมูลภายในองค์กรและข้อมูลภายนอกองค์กร

เพื่อสามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ตามหลักเทคนิค SWOT Analysis

2.การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

คณะกรรมการสนับสนุนการจัดท าแผนพัฒนาเทศบาลต าบลหนองหอย ได้ด าเนินการ

วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ซึ่งในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะมี 4 กิจกรรมหลักๆ คือ

1.เมื่อได้แนวทางการพัฒนาในช่วงสามปีแล้ว ประชุมร่วมกันพิจารณาการคัดเลือก

วัตถุประสงค์ของยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนา มาจัดท าเป็นวัตถุประสงค์ของแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยพิจารณาการ
