การศึกษาเรื่องศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารด้านการเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนบ้านสลักร่วมใจพัฒนา จำกัด จังหวัดตราด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารด้านการเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนบ้านสลักร่วมใจพัฒนา จำกัด จังหวัดตราด
ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการให้บริการทางการเงิน ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือไว้วางใจ ด้านผลตอบแทน
และด้านกระบวนการบริหารเงิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนบ้านสลักร่วมใจพัฒนา จำกัด จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารด้านการเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์เครดิต
ยูเนี่ยนบ้านสลักร่วมใจพัฒนา จำกัด จังหวัดตราดภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอันดับแรกคือ ด้านการให้บริการทางการเงิน มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.36 ด้านผลตอบแทน มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.22 ด้านกระบวนการบริหารเงิน มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.11
และด้านความน่าเชื่อถือไว้วางใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.04 ตามลำดับ
