พวกเขาคิดว่าคนไทยยังต้องมีการพัฒนา ปรับปรุง ภาษาอังกฤษให้มากขึ้น เพราะบางคนพูดได้แต่อ่านไม่ได้ บางคนฟังรู้เรื่องแต่พูดไม่ได้ ดังนั้น เลยทำให้คิดว่า คนไทยควรมีการฝึกฝนอย่างมาก
