ในโปรแกรมจะมีฟังก์ชันการชำระเงินแบบต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. เงินสด ใช้กรณีที่ลูกค้าชำระเงินเป็นเงินสด
2. บัตรเครดิต ใช้กรณีที่ลูกค้าชำระเงินเป็นบัตรเครดิตการ์ด
3. เช็คเงินสด ใช้กรณีที่ลูกค้าชำระเป็นเช็คเงินสด
4. ค้างชำระ ใช้กรณีที่ลูกค้าค้างชำระเงินซึ่งกรณีนี้จะต้องระบุชื่อลูกค้าก่อนถึงจะสามารถใช้งานฟังก์ชันค้างชำระได้ เมื่อผู้ใช้กดปุ่มค้างชำระจะแสดงหน้าจอให้ระบุจำนวนเงินที่ค้างชำระ และระยะเวลาที่ต้องชำระเงิน (วัน) เสร็จแล้วกดปุ่มตกลง ตัวอย่างดังรูป 2.25
