บทคัดย่อ
รายงานค้นคว้าเรื่อง ช็อคโกแลต เป็นรายงานวิชา ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่5 มีจุดมุ่งหมาย ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าดังนี้ 1.ประวัติความเป็นมา 2.แหล่งกำเนิด ยุคใด สมัยใด 3.ใครเป็นผู้ค้นพบ 4.ประโยชน์และโทษ 5.การแพ้ช็อคโกแลต การดำเนินการศึกษาค้นคว้า เรื่องช็อคโกแลตดังนี้ 1.กำหนดเรื่องราว 2.กำหนดเรื่อง 2.กำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายในการศึกษาค้นคว้า 3.วางโครงเรื่อง 4.จัดพิมพ์ฉบับร่าง 5.ตรวจทานและแก้ไข 6.จัดทำฉบับจริง
จากการศึกษาค้นคว้าพบว่า มีประวัติมาจากชาวมายา เป็นชนชาติที่มีหลักฐานพบความลับของ ต้นโกโก้ ที่อยู่ในเม็กซิโก และอเมริกากลาง ในป่าเขตร้อนของทวีปอเมริกา ชาวมายานำเมล็ดโกโก้มาบดแล้วผสมกับเครื่องปรุงเพื่อทำเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่มีรสขมเฝื่อน เอาเนื้อมาหมักคั่วบ้าง และบดเป็นเนื้อเหนียว ประโยชน์ของช็อคโกแลตทำให้ฟันไม่ผุและยับยั้งแบคทีเรียที่ทำให้ฟันผุ เป็นยาคลายเครียดซึ่งทำให้สมองผ่อนคลาย และดีต่อหัวใจเพราะในช็อคโกแลตมีสารโพลีฟีนอลเป็นสารที่ดีต่อหัวใจและระบบภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดี และลดไขมันในหลอดเลือด ข้อเสียคือ ทำให้ระดับนำตาลในเลือดสูง ทำให้เกิดโรคอ้วน และมีภาวะแพ้ช็อคโกแลต(คนที่แพ้ช็อคโกแลต) จะมีอาการคลื่นไส้ หายใจลำบาก อาเจียน ปวดหัว เป็นต้น
