IDM have completed all Rooms 1 to 6 - defect free.IDM need to return to complete minor defects: a) White Oven Deck (mostly neat trimming around membrane structure and gaps at ramp), b) Remove concrete stains from Pool Surround (cleaning) - 3 sides (not garden side) c) Replace repair some chipped pool surround stone (about 5 locations)
