การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 2) ประเมินคุณภาพระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และ
3) หาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ คณะกรรมการสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) ระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพของระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบบริหารจัดการงานประชุมสภาคณาจารย์และข้าราชการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)
