ทั้งนี้รายการทรัพย์สิน/เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้/อุปกรณ์ตามรายการข้างต้น หากบริษัทพบว่าชำรุดเสียหาย หรือนำส่งไม่ครบถ้วนตามรายการที่ข้าพเจ้าได้รับ/เบิกจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและบริษัทฯ ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้บริษัทฯ หักเงินค่าจ้างและสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ข้าพเจ้าจะได้รับจากบริษัทฯ เพื่อชดใช้รายการทรัพย์สินที่ชำรุดสูญหายและที่มิได้ส่งคืน
