The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers' satisfaction, problems, obstacles, and needs with gravel store products and services. Using Toro Yamane's sample calculation formula, with a 95% confidence level and a 5% error, a survey was conducted among students and staff. Four groups of 181 students found that (1) the beverage that students and staff purchased the most was green tea, and (2) Thai desserts and bakeries. Cookies (3) Vegetables and fruits are green oak salad (4) Fresh eggs (5) Milk is processed with fresh milk. The frequency of students and staff purchasing beverages, Thai desserts and bakeries, fruits and vegetables, fresh food, and dairy products Four colleges, mainly shopping less than once a week, as for the marketing mix of products, prices, and promotional venues (7Ps). Four students and staff members were very satisfied with their personal and physical characteristics. All four colleges have the highest satisfaction.
