เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 255

เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 เวลา 16.30 น. ลานตรงข้ามฮอลลีวู๊ด พัทยาเหนือ ได้มีการจัดงานรวมชุมชนเพื่อเปิดงานออกหน่วยเคลื่อนชุมชนเมืองพัทยา โดยการจัดงานของเมืองพัทยาเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนมีรายได้จากการจำหน่วยสินค้าที่ชุมชนผลิตเอง และช่วยเหลือบริการซึ่งกันและกันตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล เมืองพัทยาได้จัดงานชุมชนเคลื่อนที่ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 3 ประจำปี 2557 โดยร่วมกับหน่วยชุมชน 4 ชุมชนจากเมืองพัทยา รองนายกเมืองพัทยา นายวุฒิศักดิ์ เริ่มกิจการ ได้เดินทางมาเป็นประธานเปิดงาน ร่วมกับคณะผู้บริหารเมืองพัทยา, นายรัตนชัย สิทธิเดชานัย สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา 2 , นายบรรจง บรรฑูรประยุกต์ สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา 3, นายชูศักดิ์ ศรีวัจณะพงษ์ สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา 4 เป็นประธานเปิดงาน และผู้กำกับ สภ.อ.เมืองพัทยา พ.ต.อ.ศุภชัย ผุยแก้วคำ ผู้กำกับคนใหม่ได้มาร่วมงานเพื่อแนะนำให้ประชาชนที่อาศัยในชุมชนได้รู้จักหากมีเหตุด่วนเหตุร้ายสามารถแจ้งท่านได้ตลอดเวลาไปได้ที่ สภ.อ.เมืองพัทยาได้ทันที

ภายในบริเวณงานมีการจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าราคาถูกจากชุมชุมผลิตขึ้นเอง เมืองพัทยาได้นำข้าวสาร 400 ถงแจกฟรีให้กับผู้ที่มีฐานะยากจน รวมถึงหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนศูนย์สวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุนำสินค้าจากห้างบิ๊กซีมาจำหน่าวยในราคาถูกให้กับชุมชนที่มาร่วมงาน การบริการซ่อมอีเลคทรอนิคให้ฟรีจากศูนย์โรงเรียนอาชีวพระมหาไถ่ พัทยา และตัดผมฟรีจากโรงเรียนเสริมสวยจุฑามาศพัทยา รวมถึงสินค้าจากหลายชุมชนเปิดร้านบริการให้กับผู้อาศัยในชุมชนด้วยกัน ส่งเสริมอาชีพให้กับผู้มีรายได้น้อยและเน้นการพัฒนาชุมชนให้ห่างไกลยาเสพติด ช่วยให้ชุมชนมีรายได้สร้างเสริมประสบการณ์
