บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเรื่อง แผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคล ของพนักงานธุรกิจค้า Modern Trade กรณีศึกษาบริษัท ซีพีเอฟ เทรดดิ้ง จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อจัดทำแผนการพัฒนาให้สอดคล้องตามขีดความสามารถของแต่ละบุคคลของพนักงาน ธุรกิจค้า Modern Trade 2) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน Modern Trade และ3)เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาและเตรียมความพร้อมของพนักงานในโอกาสการก้าวหน้าตามสายอาชีพ (Career Path)ให้สอดคล้องกับการเติบโตอย่างก้าวหน้าและยั่งยืนขององค์กร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่ควรพัฒนาของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้บังคับบัญชาที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา รวมจำนวน 10 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานธุรกิจค้าModern trade มีช่องว่างความสามารถ ในด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ Functional Leadership &Managerial Language Computer และ Mandatory Other
ดังนั้นองค์กรจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาช่องว่างความสามารถของพนักงานที่สอดคล้องตามขีดความสามารถในหน้าที่งานของแต่ละบุคคลและขีดความสามารถขององค์กร ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่ง โดยต้องนำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรมาปรับใช้เพื่อช่วยลดช่องว่างความสามารถของพนักงานเป็นรายบุคคล
