1. คุณสมบัติของผู้เรียน
1.1 เป็นพนักงานประจำ ของบริษัทฯ อายุงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี นับจากวันเริ่มงาน
1.2 มีรายชื่ออยู่ใน โครงการ Successor & Key Staff ประจำปีที่เรียน นั้นๆ
1.3 สำหรับพนักงานที่ไม่มีคุณสมบัติตามข้อ 1.1 และ 1.2 แต่มีความประสงค์ที่จะเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ให้แจ้งความจำนงค์ ผ่านผู้บังคับบัญชาต้นสังกัด จากนั้นส่งรายชื่อพร้อมเหตุผลประกอบ มายังฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล เพื่อนำเสนอขออนุมัติจากรองกรรมการผู้อำนวยการ ตามลำดับต่อไป

2. ระยะเวลาเรียน
2.1 ประมาณ 3 – 4 เดือน ต่อ หลักสูตร
2.2 เรียนสัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 2 ชั่วโมง (ช่วงเวลาประมาณ 16.30 – 19.00 น.)

3. การจัดระดับ Level และวัดผลการเรียน

3.3 ทดสอบหลังเรียน เพื่อจบหลักสูตร หากผ่านจึงจะเรียนในระดับต่อไปได้

4. ค่าใช้จ่าย
4.1 กรณี เรียนและสอบผ่านตามหลักสูตรที่กำหนดไว้ บริษัทฯ เป็นผู้ชำระค่าใช้จ่ายให้พนักงาน 100%
4.2 กรณี เรียนและสอบไม่ผ่านตามหลักสูตรที่กำหนดไว้ บริษัทฯ เป็นผู้ชำระค่าใช้จ่ายให้พนักงาน 50%
