บทคัดย่อ
ศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการรถตู้และรถโดยสาร ณ จุดผ่านแดนไทย กรณีศึกษาสะพานมิตรภาพไทย – ลาว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการการขนส่งสาธารณะของผู้ใช้บริการในจังหวัดหนองคายบริเวณจุดผ่านแดนสะพานมิตรภาพไทย – ลาว จังหวัดหนองคาย 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้โดยสารที่มีต่อการใช้บริการขนส่งสาธารณะ บริเวณจุดผ่านแดนสะพานมิตรภาพไทย – ลาว จังหวัดหนองคาย 3) เพื่อให้เกิดการบริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคปัจจุบัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้มีจำนวน 800 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test (ANOVA) โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่ใช้บริการรถตู้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 35-44 ปี อาชีพ ธุรกิจส่วนตัว / ค้าขาย มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 5,000 – 10,000 บาท ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่ใช้บริการรถโดยสารระหว่างประเทศส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 45 ปีขึ้นไป อาชีพ ธุรกิจส่วนตัว / ค้าขาย รายได้ต่อเดือน 5,000 – 10,000 บาท ผลการวิเคราะห์การเลือกใช้บริการรถตู้และรถโดยสารระหว่างประเทศ ณ จุดผ่านแดนไทย กรณีศึกษา สะพานมิตรภาพไทย-ลาว
