ศูนย์บัญชาการแก้ไขปัญหาการทำการประมงผิดกฏหมาย ตั้งคณะทำงานร่างแผนปฏิบัติการแห่งชาติ หวังแก้ปมประมงระยะยาว
ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า เมื่อวันที่ 2 ก.ค. ที่ห้องประชุมกองบัญชาการกองทัพเรือ พล.ร.อ.ไกรสร จันทร์สุวานิชย์ ผบ.ทร. ในฐานะ ผบ.ศูนย์บัญชาการแก้ไขปัญหาการทำการประมงผิดกฎหมาย (ศปมผ.) เป็นประธานการประชุม ศปมผ. ครั้งที่ 9 เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินการของ ศปมผ. รวมถึงการชี้แจงผลการตรวจและข้อสังเกตของคณะอียู ตลอดจนแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาตามที่อียูให้ข้อสังเกต

ซึ่งที่ประชุมได้มอบหมายให้ สำนักงานเลขานุการ ศปมผ. จัดตั้งคณะทำงานเพิ่มเติมวิเคราะห์และจัดทำเป็นแผนให้เห็นว่า ประเทศไทยสมควรมีจำนวนเรือประมงและชนิดเครื่องมือที่เหมาะสมอย่างไร เพื่อให้การทำประมงมีความยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ ให้ศูนย์ประสานการปฏิบัติในการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล (ศรชล.) นำข้อมูลจำนวนเรือประมงที่สำรวจได้นำเสนอในการประชุมครั้งต่อไป เพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมและใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลในการกำหนดค่าผลการจับสัตว์น้ำ และให้ ศรชล. ควบคุมการแจ้งเรือเข้า-ออก (พีไอพีโอ) ร่วมกับสมาคมการประมงต่างๆ ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้เจ้าของเรือที่ยังไม่ได้มารายงานในการสำรวจเรือประมงที่ผ่านมา เร่งรัดดำเนินการให้เสร็จภายใน 31 ก.ค.2558

พร้อมทั้งให้คณะทำงานจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการแห่งชาติในการแก้ปัญหาการทำประมงผิดกฎหมาย ขาดการรายงานและไร้การควบคุม (เอ็นพีโอเอ-ไอยูยู) นำส่งแผนฯ ให้สำนักงานเลขานุการ ศปมผ.ภายในวันที่ 9 ก.ค. เพื่อดำเนินการในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป อีกทั้งให้คณะทำงานปรับปรุงระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับจัดทำกระบวนการและขั้นตอนตรวจสอบย้อนกลับเพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมในการปฏิบัติ และนำเสนอในที่ประชุมครั้งต่อไป.
