บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่ง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการปรับตัวจำแนกตามตัวแปร ภูมิลำเนา สถานภาพสมรสของบิดามารดา และเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัว ประชากรที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 129 คน มีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้จำนวน 99 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Sample Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนามาใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย แบบสอบถามการปรับตัว (นันทิชา บุญละเอียด,2554) เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะคำตอบ 5 ระดับ นำมาทดลองใช้ในกลุ่มที่มีลักษณะคล้ายกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อหาค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .916 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่และร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษามีการปรับตัวโดยรวมและในแต่ละด้านในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีภูมิลำเนาและสถานภาพสมรสของบิดามารดาต่างกันมีการปรับตัวไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ในนักศึกษาที่มีรายได้ของบิดามารดาและฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจต่างกันมีการปรับตัวแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีการปรับตัวด้านสังคมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักศึกษาที่มีรายได้ของบิดามารดาต่อเดือนต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 5,000 บาท มีการปรับตัวด้านสังคมดีกว่านักศึกษาที่มีรายได้ของบิดามารดาต่อเดือน 20,000-25,000 บาท และนักศึกษาที่มีฐานะเศรษฐกิจสูง มีการปรับตัวด้านอารมณ์ต่ำกว่านักศึกษาที่มีฐานะเศรษฐกิจต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
