การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการพยากรณ์ผลการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์พื้นฐานของนิสิตคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวรและพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียผ่านเว็บResponsive การศึกษานี้เริ่มจากงานเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการพยากรณ์ผลการเรียน และทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามจำนวน400ฉบับ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ Weka สำหรับการสร้างแบบจำลองจะใช้ทฤษฎีต้นไม้ตัดสินใจและโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมในการเปรียบเทียบ ทำกาออกแบบหน้าเว็บไซต์ จากนั้นพัฒนาเว็บResponsiveโดยใช้โปรแกรม Sublime text-shortcut ในการเขียนโค้ด โดยระบบจะสามารถพยากรณ์ผลการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์พื้นฐานให้กับผู้ใช้งานผลของการพยากรณ์คือเกรด A,B+,B,C+,C,D+,D,F
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่าต้นไม้ตัดสินใจมีความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์มากว่าโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมโดยมีค่าความถูกต้องเท่ากับ77.68% ค่าความแม่นยำ80.6%และค่าRoot mean squared error19.69% และผลการพัฒนาเว็บresponsiveสามารถเข้าใช้งานได้จากทั้งคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์มือถือ ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต
