ผู้เช่าฯ ขอแสดงความขอบคุณมายังท่านในการให้บริการ และความร่วมมือที่ดีตลอดมา เนื่องจาก Mr.Koji Adachi และครอบครัว มีความประสงค์ขอแจ้งย้ายออก และยกเลิกสัญญาเช่ากับท่าน และเอกสารแนบท้ายทั้งหมด โดยให้สัญญาเช่ามีผลสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2016 เหตุผลในการย้ายออกครั้งนี้ เนื่องจาก สภาวะแวดล้อม ภายนอกใกล้อาคารของผู้เช่า มีฝุ่นละออง และกลิ่น สี และเสียง จำนวนมากจากการก่อสร้างอาคาร ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นอยู่ของผู้เช่า เกิดการระคายเคือง ของระบบหายใจ และร่างกายภายนอก เป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งกระทบต่อความเป็นอยู่ในชีวิตประจำวัน
อนึ่ง ผู้เช่า ใคร่ขอความร่วมมือจากท่านให้คืนเงิน Deposit ให้กับผู้เช่า ในวันที่ .......................................... ทำการย้ายออก โดยผู้เช่าใคร่ขอให้ท่านหักเงิน มัดจำ ดังกล่าวไว้บางส่วน เพื่อใช้ชำระค่าไฟฟ้า ค่าน้ำประปา ค่าโทรศัพท์ รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ตามจำนวนจริงในใบแจ้งหนี้ต่าง ๆ ข้างต้น
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบและโปรดดำเนินการ ในครั้งนี้ด้วย จักเป็นพระคุณอย่างยิ่ง
