บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนและเพื่อศึกษาแนวการพัฒนาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบุณฑริกวิทยาคาร อำเภอบุณฑริกจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูปฏิบัติการสอน ทั้งหมด 80 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการสัมภาษณ์เลือกแบบเจาะจงและสุ่มอย่างง่ายสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและใช้การสังเคราะห์สรุปเนื้อหา
สรุปผลการศึกษา
1. การบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบุณฑริกวิทยาคารโดยภาพรวมอยู่ใน
ระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า
1.1 ด้านการวางแผนงานปกครองนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
1.2 ด้านการบริหารงานปกครองนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
1.3 ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้นักเรียนมีวินัย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
1.4 ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก
1.5 ด้านการดำเนินการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน
2.1 ด้านการวางแผนงานปกครองนักเรียน ควรให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอ
ความคิดเห็นในการวางแผนการบริหารงาน
2.2 ด้านการบริหารงานปกครองนักเรียน ควรเพิ่มตัวแทนนักเรียนร่วมเสนอแนวความคิดและร่วมกำหนดแผนงาน ควรสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และนำมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขในการพัฒนาให้ต่อเนื่อง
2.3 ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้นักเรียนมีวินัย คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ควรพัฒนาด้านวินัยและควรปลูกฝัง สร้างจิตสำนึกในด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ควรวางมาตรการและปรับปรุง ระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียน
2.4 ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของนักเรียน ให้ครูที่ปรึกษาดำเนินการ ตามระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติ ควรมีสารวัตรนักเรียน
2.5 ด้านการดำเนินการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน ควรให้ทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม
ในการดำเนินการ
2.6 ด้านการประเมินผลงานปกครองนักเรียน ควรทำในรูปของคณะกรรมการ และรายงานให้ครู นักเรียน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานทราบ
3. ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรให้ครูตระหนักในการมีส่วนร่วมในงานกิจการนักเรียน ควรให้นักเรียนได้ร่วมเสนอความคิดเห็นในการจัดทำระเบียบต่างๆ ตามความเหมาะสม และการป้องกันและแก้ไขพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของนักเรียน ควรปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยของโรงเรียนอย่างเคร่งครัดและส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานปกครองนักเรียน
