จุดมุ่งหมายของการศึกษาครั้งนี้มี 2 ประการคือ เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นต่อการบริหารงานของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อทัศนคติของนักเรียน
