เป็นความพร้อมทางจิตใจ และรักที่จะให้บริการแก่ผู้อื่น และมีความสุขเมื่อเห็นผู้อื่นได้รับความพึงพอใจจากการบริการของตนเอง ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องตระหนักอยู่เสมอว่า “การบริการที่ดีจะต้องมีความรับผิดชอบ” ความผิดพลาดหรือบกพร่องในหน้าที่และการบริการ จะมีผลต่อผู้มาใช้บริการ และจะเป็นการทำลายชื่อเสียงของตนเองและองค์กรในที่สุด เพราะฉะนั้นผู้ให้บริการทุกคนจะต้องเสียสละ
