กีฬาหรือการส่งเสริมกีฬาภายในขอบวัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคมกีฬานั้น
(๒) ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลายหรือเคยเป็นบุคคลล้มละลายทุจริต
(๓) ไม่เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๔) ไม่เคยได้รับโทษจําคุกโดยคําพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จําคุก เว้นแต่เป็นโทษสําหรับ
ความผิดที่ได้กระทําโดยประมาทหรือความผิดลหุโทษ
(๕) ไม่เคยถูกนายทะเบียนสั่งให้พ้นจากตําแหน่งกรรมการสมาคมกีฬาตามมาตรา
๘๖ (๔) เว้นแต่จะพ้นกําหนดห้าปีนับแต่วันที่ถูกสั่งให้พ้นจากตําแหน่ง
