1. หลักการและเหตุผล (Principle Reason)
ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยมีภูมิอากาศร้อน เป็นส่วนมากไอติมจึงเป็นที่นิยมอีกส่วนหนึ่งทางเลือกของผู้บริโภค และคนไทยส่วนใหญ่เลือกที่จะใช้ไอติมมารับประทานเพื่อเป็นการผ่อนคลายและแก้กระหายในยามเหน็ดเหนื่อยและคลายร้อนและกลุ่มของพวกเราจัดจัดทำโมเดลร้านไอติมเพื่อเป็นอีกทางเลืกในหน้าร้อน คณะผู้จัดทำโครงงานจึงได้จัดทำเป็นโมเดลร้านไอติมและเพิอนำไปประกอบธุรกจจริงได้ในอนาคตและไอติมยังมีคุณประโยชน์ต่อร่างกายได้อีกด้วย















2. วัตถุประสงค์ (Objective)
1. นำไปสู่ธุรกิจจริงขนาดย่อมได้
2. เป็นพื้นฐานของการประกอบอาชีพจริง
3. นำไปเป็นสื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอนได้

3. กลุ่มลูกค้าป้าหมาย (Target Customer )
คณะผุ้จัดทำโครงงานได้มีความเห็นว่าไอติมเป็นของหวานแช่เย็นชนิดหนึ่ง
ซึ่งนิยมส่วนใหญ่ในหมู่เด็กๆและวัยรุ่นหรือผู้ที่ต้องการเพิ่มพลังงานให้แก่ร่างกาย-
หรือผู้ที่ต้องการคลายร้อนหรือในเวลาในยามเหน็ดเหนื่อย

5. ออกแบบ Logo ร้าน(ให้นักเรียนวาดรูปแสดง Logo หรือ สัญลักษณ์ ร้าน)




















6. ทำเลที่ตั้งร้าน(Location)
(ให้นักเรียนระบุทำเลที่ตั้งร้าน พร้อมบอกเหตุผลในการเลือก)
ที่ที่มีบรรยากาศดีร่มรื่นและเป็นเส้นทางที่ลูกค้าเดินทางได้สะดวกมีคนพรุกพร่าน
อย่างเช่นห้างสรรพสินค้าหรือบริเวรใกล้โรงเรียน
