ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยเรื่องความพึงพอใจและหาประสิทธิภาพต่อของโปรแกรมการจัดเก็บระบบฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อหาความพึงพอใจและประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน ในระดับมาก โดยการศึกษาความพึงพอใจและประสิทธิภาพนำไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่พนักงานบริการของบริษัท นวพลาสติกอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด จำนวน 50 คน ปรากฏผลดังนี้
