บทคัดย่อ:
โรคมะเร็งเป็นโรคเรื้อรังที่ต้องการการรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่องใช้ระยะเวลาในการรักษายาวนาน
ความร่วมมือจากผู้ป่วยในการมารับการรักษาตามนัดจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งซึ่งมีหลายปัจจัยร่วมกันที่ทำให้ผู้ป่วยไม่มาตามนัด
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการไม่มารักษาตามนัดของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งในสถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติโดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดตามทฤษฎี PRECEDE Frame work ของ Lawrence Green ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริม
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดและรังสีรักษาจำนวน 390 ราย
