การวิจัย เรื่อง การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ศึกษาปัญหาและ ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 9 โรงเรียน จำนวน 165 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนข้อมือเหล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการป้องกันและการแก้ไขปัญหา อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการส่งต่อ อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ
ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ครูควรสร้างความเป็นกันเองให้นักเรียนไว้ใจเพื่อจะได้ข้อมูลที่แท้จริง ควรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการคัดกรองนักเรียนให้แก่ครู ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมนักเรียนทุกด้าน ควรมีการร่วมมือกันจากทุกฝ่ายในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และควรมีการวางแนวทางหรือขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติในการส่งต่อให้ชัดเจน
