กรณีที่ 1 รายจ่ายของรัฐบาลที่ไม่รวมการใช้จ่ายเงินกู้ตามโครงการภายใต้แผนฟื้นฟูเศรษฐกิจ ระยะที่ 2
กรณีที่ 2 รายจ่ายของรัฐบาลรวมการใช้จ่ายเงินกู้ตามโครงการภายใต้แผนฟื้นฟูเศรษฐกิจ ระยะที่ 2
