2. การเข้ารับการฝึกประสบการณ์ ในบางบริษัทควรจัดให้ครูไปเป็นคู่ เพื่อที่จะนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ ประสบการณ์ต่างๆที่ได้มา มาปรึกษา พิจารณา ประกอบการตัดสินใจในการนำมาปรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอน
