ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน เพศ อายุ สถานภาพ และรายได้ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการบริการของร้านอาหารทะเลในเขตบางแสน จังหวัดชลบุรีที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการบริการของร้านอาหารทะเลในเขตบางแสน จังหวัดชลบุรีที่แตกต่างกัน
