จัดแสดงเรื่องความเป็นมา วิถีชีวิตเอกลักษณ์และภูมิปัญญา รวทั้งประเพณีต่างๆของชาวไทพวน บ้านเชียง ที่เข้ามาตั้งถิ่นฐานเมื่อราว ๒๐๐ ปีที่ผ่านมา โดยได้ตั้งชื่อหมู่บ้านแห่งนี้ว่า “บ้านเชียง” และได้อยู่อาศัยมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน
