2. เกณฑ์ในการจัดทำงบการเงิน
(ก) งบการเงินนี้จัดทำขึ้นตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไปภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติการบัญชี พ.ศ.2543 ซึ่งหมายความถึงมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่ออกภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพบัญชี พ.ศ.2547 รวมถึงการตีความและแนวปฏิบัติทางการบัญชีที่ประกาศใช้โดยสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี
(ข) งบการเงินนี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นตามข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงินสำหรับกิจการที่ไม่มีส่วนได้เสียสาธารณะ (NPAEs) ซึ่งประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเมื่อวันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2554 โดยให้ถือปฏิบัติกับงบการเงินสำหรับรอบระยะเวลาบัญชีที่เริ่มในหรือหลังวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2554 เป็นต้นไป
(ค) การแสดงรายการในงบการเงินเป็นไปตามประกาศกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าเมื่อวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2554 เรื่อง กำหนดรายการย่อที่ต้องมีในงบการเงิน พ.ศ.2554
