ข้อ 2. ผู้กู้ยินยอมให้ลูกสาวบุตรคนโตของผู้กู้คือ นางสาวนันทกา ให้เป็นสิทธิ์ โดยเป็นการชำระหนี้แก่ผู้ให้กู้
ข้อ 3. ผู้กู้ตกลงจะชำระหนี้เป็น นางสาวนัทกาตามสัญญาภายในวันที่………เดือน……...……พ.ศ.……… ผู้กู้สัญญาว่าในกรณีที่ผู้ให้กู้เรียกร้องดังกล่าวมานี้ ผู้กู้จะชำระหนี้ตามคำเรียกร้อง
ข้อ 4. ถ้าผู้กู้ผิดนัดในข้อหนึ่งข้อใดแห่งสัญญานี้ ผู้กู้ยอมรับผิดชดใช้ค่าเสียหายบรรดาที่ผู้ให้กู้จะพึงได้รับอันเนื่องมาจากความผิดของผู้กู้รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายในการเตือน เรียกร้องทวงถาม ดำเนินคดีและบังคับการชำระหนี้ได้ทั้งสิน

ผู้กู้ได้อ่านข้อความในสัญญาและเข้าใจโดยดีตลอดแล้ว จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้สำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน
