จากการสัมมนาครั้งนี้ ผู้นำมีการเตรียมพร้อมกระบวนการสัมมนามาได้ดี และสามารถดำเนินกระบวนไปได้ตามที่วางแผนไว้ แต่เนื่องจากเป็นการสัมมนาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 100% ทำให้บรรยากาศในการสัมมนาไม่ค่อยสนุก มีความเคร่งเครียดมากเกินไป แต่ผู้นำมีการกระตุ้นผู้ร่วมสัมมนาเป็นระยะๆ ทำให้ระหว่างการสัมมนาเกิดความราบรื่น เป็นไปได้ดี และนอกจากนี้ตัวผู้นำเองต้องมีการพัฒนาตนเองในด้านภาษาเพิ่มมากขึ้น และควรมีการศึกษาเนื้อหาเพิ่มเติมให้มากขึ้น เพราะจะช่วยเป็นการพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความมั่นใจในด้านภาษา และสู่สังคมอาเซียนต่อไป
