การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ พัฒนา และประเมินระบบช่วยแก้ปัญหาในการทำงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของศูนย์บริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยใช้ภาษา PHP และใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล My SQL การทำงานของระบบประกอบด้วยฟังชั่นการทำงาน ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มที่ 1 บุคลากร (ผู้รับบริการ) และกลุ่มที่ 2 เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบฯ จำนวน 37 คน พบว่า ผู้ประเมินมีระดับความพึงพอใจระบบฯ ในภาพรวมระดับพึงพอใจปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.09 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านรูปแบบเมนู ระดับพึงพอใจปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.34 รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ระดับพึงพอใจปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.26 และด้านคุณค่าและประโยชน์ในภาพรวม ระดับพึงพอใจปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.16 ตามลำดับ
