การแสดงช้างอาบน้ำ ณ ศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทยมีทั้งหมดสองรอบทุก ๆ วัน รอบเช้า 09.45 น. และรอบบ่าย 13.15 น. โดยมีช้างจำนวน 15 เชือก ลงอาบน้ำอย่างพร้อมเพียงกัน หลังจากนั้นช้างทั้งหมดจะถือหางของแต่ละเชือกและเดินทางเข้าสู่ลานแสดง
