Inputs are average values for raw materials and(see Tables 1and 2),
outputs are the products.
It can be observed that the highest ethanol yield was obtained
when pulp and banana fruit were submitted to acid hydrolysis,due
to the high amylaceous material contained in the feed stock(see
Table1) and yield on conversion process(see Table2). On the other
hand, low ethanol production was obtained when using lignocel-
lulosic material(flower stalk and banana skin),which are raw
material shaving low content of lignocellulosic material and enzy-
matic hydrolysis efficiency.
