การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยห้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการความรู้ในโรงเรียน โดยใช้กระบวนการสร้างความรู้ 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านการกำหนดความรู้ ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ ด้านการสร้างความรู้ ด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้ และด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ศึกษาจากกลุ่มประชากรซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยห้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 51 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการความรู้ในโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาห้วยห้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 พบว่า โดยรวม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การนำความรู้ไปใช้ การกำหนดความรู้ และการติดตามและประเมินผล และอีก 4 ขั้นตอน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ การจัดเก็บความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ การสร้างความรู้ การแสวงหาความรู้ และการแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ
