Track & report on service health and user feedback, to improve and optimize service
Work closely with HQ technical team and local team on updates and testing
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure all requests/tasks are on track and identify risks
Communicate with Content Providers of video management process
Communicate with Content Sourcing team and key members on status of video management process
Communicate issues or risks to leaders when timelines are jeopardized due to missing or incomplete video assets
Identify opportunities for service enhancements & initiatives
Report technical & process challenges, and collaborate to improve tools and processes
Apply and maintain understanding of video best practices
Prioritize workload and support field tests & live site requests
Proactive & contribute solutions, in cooperation with other team members
