We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to be a part of our growing team. Resource to support video content management as part of the operations team ie. to inspect, prepare, administrate, monitor and maintain video content.

This person will work closely with local team members and service partners to support content setup needs and administrating quality checks. Working with Headquarters, support is required for local testing of any new development, features and troubleshooting any issues with the service health. Tasks require a strong attention to detail.

This person must be comfortable with digital and CMS tools, as well as have the ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible working hours.

[Responsibilities]

Execute uploads and publication of video assets accurately, efficiently, and timely (requires working with content management software and different digital tools)
Execute live video content setup, support & monitoring
QA of final assets and editorial content across all platforms before final publication
Track & report on service health and user feedback, to improve and optimize service
Work closely with HQ technical team and local team on updates and testing
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure all requests/tasks are on track and identify risks
Communicate with Content Providers of video management process
Communicate with Content Sourcing team and key members on status of video management process
Communicate issues or risks to leaders when timelines are jeopardized due to missing or incomplete video assets
Identify opportunities for service enhancements & initiatives
Report technical & process challenges, and collaborate to improve tools and processes
Apply and maintain understanding of video best practices
Prioritize workload and support field tests & live site requests
Proactive & contribute solutions, in cooperation with other team members
[Minimum Requirements]

Bachelors Degree in a related field
New graduate with related passion and fast-learning skills are welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communicator with good writing skills
Fair English
Functional knowledge of digital and/or video technology and trends
Understanding of mobile content service and its role in online business
Critical thinking, passion, integrity and energetic
